Welcome, my friends, to the Power Peers Network which is an online forum for people to engage in deep, meaningful conversations that help us to understand different perspectives and allow new ideas and solutions to bubble up as we work together.

Now is the time to have the conversations we crave – about who we are in these challenging times and who we will be in the evolving environment. Power Peers are collaborative creators seeking peers with whom to explore, share, and plan. We strive to bring the best of ourselves to each other and to our communities.

Over the years, it has been a joy for me to facilitate these conversations as participants gain clarity on what they truly believe and how their values and principles are expressed in their lives. I have learned so much from the conversations and the wonderful people who have participated. Now it is time to expand and reach out to a broader audience.

Conversations begin with big concepts like courage, trust, knowing, and power; then evolve as participants lead one another into new realizations and confidence. We support one another in making choices – small, daily choices of how to react to old paradigms and major life choices related to work and community.

The Power Peer calls are designed to help individuals connect with their own experience and knowing. The Network is not a codified program or training. Its purpose ­is aligned with Joan Grant’s understanding that “all you can ever do for another individual is to mobilize that individual’s experience so that he can have the data with which to steer his own course. Once he has use of his own energies, it is up to him where he goes.”

We would love to have you join our conversation. Participants meet in one-hour video conference calls and may attend four calls per month. Conversations follow Conversation Café guidelines.
